This past Sunday we had in the awesome ladies Kim & Georgie from Body Audit NZ to complete scans for all summer challenge participants. We are fully booked out for this challenge is which is great and even had to close registrations early due to the amount of people. We’re super excited to see what can be done in the short space of 4 weeks. Go out and smash it everyone!
The challenge officially started yesterday (Monday 11th Nov) and will end Monday 9th Dec with the final body scans being held on Sunday 8th Nov. The winner will be based on measurements results and body composition changes (body fat lost and muscle gain). The winner will receive $250 cash which is always nice just before Christmas!
