Online personal training is now being offered as part of our service for those that do not wish to join our in-person sessions, but would like the service of what we provide here at Chiseled Fitness.
It’s understandable that many of you have different goals, and circumstances. Especially in times like these when you are not able to use a gym facility but still want a program and the accountability to reach your fitness goal.
Specific online personal training will not be everyone’s cup of tea but for those that know they need the help & accountability it can be a great alternative, especially if your schedule is all over the place due to other commitments.
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲:
A custom tailored training program to your own specific requirements. The program will take into account any gear you may have available to work with, specific fitness goals and how many days you have available to train.
Will require a weekly update from you via email (template will be provided for you to fill out) on how the previous training week went. Going over any strengths, weaknesses, improvements etc.
7 days per week access to ask any questions related to your program & nutrition.
Weekly phone call to discuss anything in-depth (if required/desired)
Monthly messenger/zoom call for progress/updates/any changes to be made.
(Please note that changes can be made at any point not just monthly)
Not to mentioned some kick-ass results!
The fee for the online coaching will be a weekly subscription of $15 (minimum of 1 full month when first joining) and you may cancel anytime after that.
