This program is open to everyone who is a complete beginner and willing to learn the ropes of exercise and good nutrition 💪🏼
❗️Please note that the focus of this program is not weight loss or building muscle – however it will very likely be a side effect of everything you implement!
Our aim will be to give you the full support needed in order to get you from a green bean to a keen bean 😉
This means:
👉 Teaching all basic exercise techniques so you are proficient by the end of the 4 weeks using correct form
👉 Introducing the correct nutrition habits and the foods you want to eat to optimise whatever your goal is
👉 Giving you access to all sessions including yoga
👉 Weekly Saturday in-person check ins at Chiseled to cover any questions, exercise/technique demonstrations and nutrition questions for those that can make it
👉 Setting a weekly target to aim for – can be a habit/exercise or nutrition related etc
👉 Getting access to an awesome group of people who are all like minded
👉 Leaving the program confident in your abilities
