So far Bri has lost 17kg and you can truly notice the difference with the top photos being her “before” and the bottom being her “after”.

She was absolutely out of her comfort zone when she first came in but she didn’t let that stop her. Bri wanted to make a change and she committed to it and stayed consistent but most importantly she didn’t give up.

Where ever you are now in your fitness journey and whatever your goal is just remember consistency is key to attaining the body, health and mental clarity you want…

You can go as slow as you want to, and if you stay consistent eventually you’ll hit your goal. You just have to make the effort to get there.

Sometimes it’s easy to think that others have the “secret” sauce but there truly is no secret. It’s all about getting started and taking that first step of action to get you moving in the right direction, once you’ve done that then the hardest part is done.

Go out there and make a difference and just know that if someone else can do it, then you can do it!
