Here is how to perform a lunge. This week’s exercise of the week is a great way to target those legs and work them individually.
Lunges are a fantastic movement that works your thighs and glutes and even better to keep your strength balanced between both legs.
You may find yourself a little wobbly if this is your first time performing a lunge – don’t worry though it goes away with practice and building muscle!
