Every week we will be bringing you a new video on how to perform a certain exercise. This week we chose to go with the ever popular push up (aka press up).
Even though it looks fairly basic and simple to do, it is many times performed incorrectly leaving many of the benefits of this exercise not utilized.
It’s a fantastic exercise to work your upper body, especially your shoulders, triceps and chest. If you want to build strength in your torso this one should definitely be a staple in your routine.
