We are super excited to announce the new addition of dedication stretching times! Even though we finish off each workout with 5 minutes of stretching, we understand that sometimes more is required especially to get the maximum benefits from stretching.
We have slotted in some different times throughout the week. View the times below:
Monday: 1:40 – 1:55pm
Tuesday: 6:35 – 6:45am | 5:45 – 5:55pm | 6:45 -6:55pm
Wednesday: 1:40 – 1:55pm | 5:40 – 5:55pm | 6:40 – 6:55pm | 7:40 – 7:55pm
Thursday: 6:35 – 6:45am
Friday: 1.40 – 1:55pm
Saturday: 8:40 – 8:55am | 9:40 – 9:55am
And there you have it! We highly recommend getting in some stretching where you can to help promote muscle recovery, increase flexibility, and prevent injury. If you suffer from muscle soreness stretching will greatly help with that as well.
