GROUP TRAINING

Our weight loss group training contains fun, and quick exercises that work to burn the most amount of fat and tighten up each area of your body. You are aiming to burn the maximum amount of calories as possible in a high intensity interval type training workout along involving a range of resistance exercise movements to help build and develop muscle which increases that muscle tone everyone is after. These elements help to remove that stubborn fat. Each session lasts a total of 30 minutes and are ended with 5 minutes of relaxing stretching for a total of 35 minutes.

Nutritional guidance and meal plans are provided to get you on the right track and to fast track your fat loss results. Adjustments specific to you are made whenever needed. If you haven’t exercised before – no problem! You’re in good hands with the team here at Chiseled Fitness.
