We now have updated session times now available. There have been a coupe of additions and changes with times in order to work best with members plus the addition of all 45 minute sessions. You are welcome to bring kids as we have a seating area available with couches, bean bags, a tv and free wifi. It’s proving to be extremely popular with the parents! A playpen is also available for the wee ones.

Exercises change from morning, afternoon and evening sessions and expect a variety of body weight, resistance and cardiovascular exercises to build muscle, burn calories and increase fitness.
